Are you a factory or a trading company?
CardsFly is the brand of Shenzhen Huyi Technology Co., Ltd., a source manufacturer with its own production facility for plastic cards, RFID cards, keyfobs, wristbands and NFC tags.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 100 pieces for all product lines. Small trial orders and sample runs are welcome.
How fast can I get a quotation?
We reply to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. For an accurate quote, please include quantity, product type and any chip or craft requirements.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, CDR) with outlined fonts are preferred. If you only have a logo, our designers will lay out a free proof for you.
Can you encode RFID chips with my data?
Yes. We provide UID serialization, sector/key encoding and NDEF formatting. Send your data sheet and we will configure production encoding accordingly.
Are your cards compatible with my door lock or POS system?
Our RFID cards work with all mainstream 13.56 MHz systems including Onity, Salto, ASSA ABLOY and most POS/loyalty platforms. Tell us your system and we will match the correct chip.
What quality certifications do you have?
Production follows ISO-certified processes. All RFID products are 100% tested before shipment, and materials are RoHS compliant. Test reports are available on request.
How do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, UPS or sea freight. Courier delivery typically takes 3–7 days after production; sea freight depends on destination.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and balance before shipment. We also accept PayPal for small orders and L/C for established customers.
Can I order products with my own serial numbers or QR codes?
Yes. Variable data printing — serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and scratch panels — is fully supported and can be matched to your database.
What is the Dynamic QR Redirect System?

Do you sign NDAs and protect my designs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share artwork, and customer designs are never reused or shared with third parties.
