RFID Cards

ISO-standard smart cards with LF/HF/UHF chips for identification and payment.

RFID Cards

Custom PVC RFID Cards are passive contactless smart cards embedded with built-in RFID chips and antenna coils, manufactured on durable CR80 PVC card stock, the same standard size as a credit card for easy storage in wallets, card holders and lanyard pouches. Available in LF 125kHz, HF 13.56MHz (NFC compatible) and UHF 860–960MHz frequency options, these RFID cards support secure tap-to-read identification, flexible data storage and reliable contactless authentication to fit different system requirements. The low-frequency LF variants work steadily near metal and water environments; HF 13.56MHz NFC cards can be directly detected by most modern NFC smartphones; UHF versions support long-distance multi-card batch reading for inventory and large-scale event management.

We offer full custom CMYK printing on both sides of the card, along with variable data encoding, unique serial numbering, QR code and barcode personalization, and magnetic stripe combo options to be backward compatible with your existing swipe equipment. Multiple premium finishes including glossy, matte and frosted lamination are provided to enhance texture and anti-scratch performance, and extra decoration choices such as hot foil stamping, spot UV and signature panels are also available for high-end branding needs.

Suitable for access control, hotel keycards, staff ID badges, student campus cards, loyalty reward programs and event ticketing, these RFID cards are widely adopted across hospitality, office, education, retail and exhibition industries. Our RFID cards work seamlessly with most standard RFID readers and NFC smartphones, delivering stable, long-lasting contactless performance for commercial, hospitality, education and retail systems. As passive chips, they require no built-in battery and can withstand thousands of tapping cycles under regular daily use.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an RFID card?

An RFID card is a passive contactless smart PVC card embedded with an antenna and microchip. It communicates wirelessly with RFID readers via radio frequency, no battery needed. It can store unique ID numbers or user data for identification, access and loyalty systems. NFC cards are a subset of HF 13.56MHz RFID cards readable by smartphones.

What is the difference between LF, HF and UHF RFID cards?

LF (125kHz): Short read range, strong anti-interference near metal/water, widely used for basic access control and old ID systems. HF (13.56MHz / NFC): Most popular option, stable short-range read, supports smartphone NFC reading, suitable for hotel keys, membership and payment systems. UHF (860–960MHz): Long read range up to several meters, supports bulk multi-card reading, mainly used for inventory, asset tracking and large event access.

Can you encode and program the RFID chips before shipping?

Yes. We can pre-encode UIDs, lock memory sectors, write URLs for NFC, and output an encoded data spreadsheet for your system. We also support password protection and encrypted chip programming for high-security projects such as DESFire.

Can RFID cards combine with magnetic stripe or barcode?

Absolutely. We can produce RFID combo cards with magnetic stripe, QR code or barcode printed on the same card, compatible with your existing swipe scanners and new contactless readers at the same time.

Are RFID cards compatible with my existing reader system?

Compatibility depends on the frequency and chip protocol of your reader. Before ordering, confirm your reader supports the target frequency and chip model. We can supply blank samples for you to test read/write performance first.

Can I add custom artwork, photos and sequential numbers?

Yes. We support full custom front & back artwork, photo ID printing, and variable data printing for unique QR codes, barcodes and serial numbers on every single card. Foil stamping and spot UV are also available for premium branding.

How durable are PVC RFID cards?

High-quality laminated PVC protects the internal chip and antenna. Standard 0.76mm RFID cards are waterproof, scratch resistant and withstand thousands of tap reads under normal daily use. Avoid bending, drilling or high-temperature exposure which may break the internal antenna.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We support small batch custom orders and bulk wholesale production. Blank stock RFID cards are available for fast turnaround.
