Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All cards and RFID products are custom-manufactured to customer specifications and are therefore generally not returnable once production has started, in line with customary industry practice.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If products are defective or do not conform to the approved specification, please notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt with photos or samples. After verification we will, at our option, reproduce the affected quantity or refund the corresponding order value.

3. Before Production Starts

You may cancel an order free of charge before production begins. After artwork approval but before production, any costs already incurred (materials, plates) will be charged.

4. Samples

Free stock samples are provided against courier cost. Custom printed sample costs are quoted separately and can be deducted from a subsequent bulk order.

5. How to Claim

Contact info@huyirfid.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all claims within 24 hours on business days.
