Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website cardsfly.com and all quotations, orders and supplies of products by Shenzhen Huyi Technology Co., Ltd. (“CardsFly”). Terms agreed in an individual written contract take precedence.

2. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is only binding upon our written order confirmation. Custom-manufactured products are produced exclusively according to the customer's confirmed artwork and specifications.

3. Artwork and Responsibility of the Customer

The customer is responsible for the content of supplied artwork, including trademarks, licenses and legal compliance in the destination market. We produce based on the approved proof; subsequent claims regarding approved content cannot be accepted.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency, ex-works unless otherwise agreed, and exclude taxes, duties and shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are stated in the order confirmation and begin after artwork approval and receipt of deposit. Partial deliveries are permissible to a reasonable extent. The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Warranty

We warrant that products conform to the approved specifications. Defects must be notified in writing within 30 days of receipt. Our liability for defects is limited to replacement or, at our option, a refund of the affected items.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardsFly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for simple negligence is excluded; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

The website content, brand names and logos remain the property of their owners. Designs supplied by customers remain their property; we retain no right to reuse them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
